ZENER has acquired assets from Comfica for the provision of telecommunications services in Spain

ZENER has acquired assets of the company COMFICA SOLUCIONES INTEGRALES S.A. for the provision of Installations and Maintenance at customer premises (services) and External Plant (engineering, maintenance and network construction) in Madrid, Cantabria, Vizcaya and Palencia, in whose territories COMFICA will continue to operate for other operators.
Following the acquisition of TELECO (Telecomunicación de Levante) in October 2022, this new operation allows ZENER to strengthen its competitive position in one of its main lines of business (Telecommunications) in the Spanish market, where the activity is based on recurring services and, at the same time, it means strengthening its cooperation and activity with Telefónica España, the benchmark operator in the Spanish market, for which it had already been providing services since 2015.
